Linda - Thank you for your wise counsel. You've posted an excellent article on resiliency that I enjoyed reading. Thanks for sharing!

Great to see you writing about resilience. I have also been studying resilience. Perhaps success and happiness does not involve preventing undesired results. Take good and bad circumstances as they arise, and realize that circumstances cannot be controlled. Accept circumstances as facts, and channel energies towards developing ourselves inside to respond to ordeals is where we are able to trust that circumstances will ultimately turn out alright. Then we understand there are always possibilities, resulting in feelings of happiness and success.
